Private Chat lets you have a conversation that does not appear in your regular chat history. Select the private-chat option when you want to use this mode.
Because the conversation is not listed with your saved chats, do not rely on Recent chats to find it later. Private Chat describes how the conversation appears in the app; for questions about data handling, contact support or refer to the applicable privacy information.
