Once deletion is completed, your account details, profile and preferences are removed, and your previous chats, uploaded files and generated content are no longer accessible or recoverable.

Save anything you need before requesting deletion. If you want a copy of your personal data, contact support before the account is deleted.
Account deletion and subscription management are separate steps: check that renewal has been cancelled with the store or website that billed you.
