Yes. You can start using Chatbot on your phone without signing in.
If you want to access your subscription on the web or another device, sign in so your access can be associated with your Chatbot account.
If you purchased while signed out, first open the app on the device where you purchased, check that PRO is available and then sign in. Use that same account and sign-in method on your other device.
