Sign in and open your Account Settings or Profile section. To change your name, edit the name field under your personal information and save.
To update your profile picture, select your current picture or avatar, choose a new image from your device and save the change. Follow any format guidance shown by the uploader.
If these controls are not visible in your mobile version, open Chatbot on the web with the same account and check the profile settings there. Contact support if you still cannot make the change.
