Your options depend on how you originally registered.
If you created an account with email and password, you can also use Google or Apple sign-in when the provider uses the same email address. The matching methods can be associated with that account.
If you originally registered with Google, select Forgot Password and enter the same email address used for Google sign-in. Follow the email instructions to create a Chatbot password. You can then use either Google or email and password to access the same account.
If you originally registered with Apple, continue using Apple sign-in unless email-and-password sign-in has already been set up for that account. Using a different email address may create a separate account, so contact support if you are unsure which address or sign-in method your subscription uses.
